Is life coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. While therapy often explores past trauma and clinical mental health diagnoses, coaching helps you clarify where you are now, where you want to be, and build practical strategies to get there. If you're navigating clinical mental health concerns, I may recommend working alongside a licensed therapist.

How are sessions conducted?

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom. Once you book through Calendly and complete payment, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email with your Zoom link. You can join from anywhere in the world — all you need is an internet connection and a quiet space.

How long is each session?

Standard 1:1 sessions are 60 minutes. Couples coaching sessions run 75 minutes to allow time for both partners and meaningful work together. Coaching program sessions may vary based on the program structure.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your goals and where you're starting from. Some clients see significant shifts in 4–6 sessions. Others prefer ongoing monthly coaching for accountability and continued growth. You can start with a single session and decide from there — no pressure, ever.

Do I need previous coaching experience?

Not at all—this system is beginner-friendly and easy to follow.

How long does it take to see results from life coaching?
